Working Culture

We know that the customers will never love a company until the employees love it first

About us

KENDAXA is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit. We are striving to have the best people in every position and we avoid unlawful discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender and age.

Therefore, at KENDAXA, you will work with developers, data scientists, engineers, and leaders from every corner of the world and of all age groups. From IT positions and data science jobs, over UX/UI and graphics design, to marketing, revenue, finance and support positions — we operate across the EMEA area, think outside the box, and view our colleagues as friends.

FLEXIBLE WORKING TIME

We recognize that some teammates prefer to work from home, while others prefer to work from the office. So we support both paths, but since we still believe in the magic of the personal touch, we want our teams to meet in person at least once a month.

Medical examinations, walking the dogs or taking the children to kindergarten – all these activities are part of our daily life and are simply inseparable. For this reason we offer flexible working hours. Of course we work in teams and during the day, but usually the team members can organize their working day from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. according to their plans.

C-a-r-e culture

Why a caring culture? As we C-A-R-E! We have those values in our hearts and we work on them hard every single day:

Customer first

We know that our attitude towards our customers determines their attitude towards us.

Adaptability

In order to succeed in today’s fast-paced world, we have to stay flexible and be open to change which means accepting new technologies and new ways of thinking much more quickly than ever before.

Responsibility

We know that the success of our company depends on the economic, environmental, and social sustainability of all communities in which we operate. Therefore we know it is our responsibility to take care of them.

Employees as our most valuable asset

When dealing with employees, we remember we are not dealing only with creatures of logic, but creatures of emotion as well.

Personal skills we appreciate

Problem-solving mind

A problem is a chance for us to show our best.

Pro-activity

Our work demands proactive choises, not reactive sidewipes.

Fair play

We believe in fair-play and honesty, both on and off the pitch.

Team spirit

We know that no one of us is as smart as all of us.

Clear communication

To speak clearly we carve every word before we let it go.

Positive attitude

We see the glass half-full, not half-empty.
