Commercial Sense Meets Technological Know-how: Warth & Klein Grant Thornton und KENDAXA Create the Joint Venture “DIGITAL SYNERGIES”

  • DIGITAL SYNERGIES GT KX GmbH supports companies with their comprehensive digitisation services
  • the joint venture unites core competencies of the audit firm and the tech company
  • customers profit from expert advisory and technological innovation

Düsseldorf, 29 June 2018 - To comprehensively endorse digital transformation, the long-standing audit firm Warth & Klein Grant Thornton has established the joint venture DIGITAL SYNERGIES GT KX GmbH („DIGITAL SYNERGIES“) with the young tech company KENDAXA Group in Düsseldorf.
This special alliance between auditors and the experts for IT and Artificial Intelligence (AI) creates synergies between both partners’ specialties. The KENDAXA Group will utilise its data intelligence platform [KX-DI] in support of Warth & Klein Grant Thornton’s “digital advisory” branch while the audit firm will contribute its advisory skills and its international network.

Well-Advised Digitisation as a Factor for Growth

With the creation of DIGITAL SYNERGIES, both partners pursue their goal of enabling companies to use their data profitably by offering specialised consulting and pragmatic solutions. “Digital transformation should be seen as a chance to optimise products, services and the company itself and thus to generate sustainable growth. We want to assist with that,” said Dr. Frank Hülsberg, Senior Partner and Chief Technology Officer at Warth & Klein Grant Thornton, also responsible for the department Governance, Risk & Compliance.

As a result of this joint venture, efficiency, flexibility and customer orientation will be increased in companies that often perceive digitisation to be a huge challenge. “The key to companies’ advancement is already at their disposal, it is their data. In cooperation with Warth & Klein Grant Thornton, we will use DIGITAL SYNERGIES to highlight ways to employ them”, said Christopher Blaschke, CEO and lead innovator at KENDAXA Group.

Symbiotic Cooperation between Economy and Technology

United as DIGITAL SYNERGIES, both companies will develop and market services and technologies like intelligent tools in the fields of human resources, finance, accounting and controlling.
Thus, Warth & Klein Grant Thornton consistently applies its growth strategy to achieve a substantial expansion of their expertise in the branch “Digital Advisory”, advising their customers about the digitisation and automation of business processes.

The KENDAXA Group benefits from access to the national and international target groups through the joint venture with Warth & Klein Grant Thornton. Addressing these potential customers, the corporate group will be able to optimise already developed tools and functionalities, especially using their expert knowledge on artificial intelligence.
In total, DIGITAL SYNERGIES and its symbiotic inclusion of complementary skills holds great potential for both partners.
