New partner for KENDAXA: ECS GmbH
LEIPZIG – November 8th, 2022
KENDAXA has found a new strong partner in ECS GmbH.
Since 1996 and with more than 90 employees, ECS GmbH is considered one of the leading specialists for PLM with Teamcenter®, CAD/CAM with NX®, IoT and Digital Transformation. The team supports the introduction, optimization and migration of PLM and CAD/CAM environments and the successful implementation from business case development to go-live. The service portfolio also includes strategic project analysis, process and application consulting, development of solution concepts and IT architectures, implementation of customer-specific adaptations and commissioning, as well as training and support for PLM and CAD/CAM systems. In addition, ECS develops its own solutions with a focus on system and user integration. These are complementary to the market-leading PLM systems and increase the reach of business processes from engineering to production.
KENDAXA offers scalable, AI-based SaaS solutions for the intelligent automation of business processes. For discrete manufacturing companies, KENDAXA delivers solutions along the product lifecycle management (PLM) value chain, including self-learning quality assurance for complex bills of materials (BOM).
Through this partnership, ECS extends its solution expertise with future-oriented offerings for the intelligent automation of industrial processes. Customers benefit from the proven AI products and the available integrations with SAP and Siemens systems. Through the partnership, KENDAXA and its customers can leverage ECS‘ expertise and consulting skills related to the implementation and integration of KENDAXA’s AI-based SaaS solutions.
The added value for our joint customers:
- Use of proven AI solutions for the optimization of essential process steps in PLM, e.g., self-learning quality assurance for complex Bills-of-Materials (BOM) or Predictive Maintenance.
- Easy integration into existing processes
- When using the BOM Validator: fewer errors in the construction and design process and thus a direct saving of consequential error costs (non-conformance costs) and avoidance of postponements of production runs caused by errors, reduction or complete avoidance of scrapping costs or costs due to recalls
- When using Predictive Maintenance: optimization of maintenance times and reduction of unplanned downtimes
In general, customers benefit from the complementary expertise of both companies.
