Marketing Specialist/Assistant

Are you capable of creating effective marketing strategies that assist the efforts of sales teams and generate additional leads? Are you comfortable creating content to aid the sales teams and do you have an ability to evaluate a marketing campaign to guarantee the best outcome? Do you have a good understanding of the goals of various salespeople and ultimately operate as a close business partner?

Your Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Preparation of online/offline campaigns in close collaboration with other departments
  • Preparation of product/service/application descriptions as well as project proposals
  • Analysis of customer success and sales metrics (hit rate, book to bill etc.), market research, ongoing reporting and tracking
  • Evaluation of sales results and development of further adjustments and recommendations based on our sales goals and metrics
  • Prospecting, marketing, lead generation and further follow up activities
  • Setting-up a clear sales pipeline in collaboration with other colleagues in different product/service segments

You will be in touch with

  • upper management
  • sales department
  • marketing teams in other offices/ countries

To succeed with us, it would be good to have/know

  • German as your native language or on level min. C1
  • English language min. C1
  • structured communication and thinking
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in B2B, preferably on the German speaking market
  • Experience with data analytics and data-driven sales strategies
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM systems, familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to follow and implement newest trends in sales and marketing

We would be enthusiastic if you

  • Have a Salesforce certification and other certificates such as Google AdWords
  • Experience/ interest in IT field, Artificial Intelligence and Digitalisation
  • structured thinking, good texting (straight and clear)
