As a project manager, your job is to plan, budget, monitor and document all aspects of the project(s). Your responsibility includes overall project accomplishment, financial performance, client satisfaction, project accounting and risk management.

In the role of the Product Owner, you will be the primary contact with the customer, you will manage the product backlog, set the priorities and coordinate all project activities. In the role of the scrum master you manage directly the development teams and supports it throughout all project phases.

You always have an eye on the requirements and goals, the schedule and the costs, and you can estimate when you need to delegate and when to escalate. In addition, you support us in the acquisition of new customers as well as in the preparation of quotations and the initiation of follow-up projects. You suit us when:

  • you always keep an overview of contents, schedule, cost and quality of your projects
  • as an interface between technical development and organizational consulting, you will lead all team members to peak performance.
  • you are proficient in customer and stake-holder relationship management
  • you can easily discuss technical details with laymen and experts

your tasks

  • Plan the project according to the defined scope, timeline and budget
  • Monitor and control the work to ensure that the project remains on track and in control
  • Ensure on-time delivery of all project modules / sub-project during the entire project phase
  • Plan for and manage changes in scope, schedule and cost
  • Communicate with the customer, project teams, stake-holders and the management
  • Reporting and escalation to the management (if required)
  • Anticipate risks and develop contingency plans and mitigation actions
  • Ensure the availability and allocation of resources; coordinate internal resources and external partners
  • Ensure alignment with overall business and technology strategies

your qualifications

  • 5-10 years professional experience in IT development
  • 3-5 years’ experience in IT project management, product development and business analysis
  • Desirable is a degree in computer science, engineering or technical project management
  • Solid technical understanding with practical experience in software development and web technologies
  • Analytical skills and experience in process analysis and optimization
  • Knowledge of project management methodology and tools; experience in Agile Software Development (Process, Methods & Tools)
  • Leadership experience including handling of escalation processes
  • Proven organizational skills, great accuracy and multitasking ability
  • Very good language skills in English, German and Czech
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills & team spirit
